  • Half Day Mediation

    $2,600 plus GST

    4 hours | 9:00am - 1:00pm
    In-person* or online via Zoom

    Includes:
    ◇ Pre-mediation teleconferences (up to 1 hour)
    ◇ Preparation and reading time
    ◇ Issuing Section 60I Certificate if applicable

    At cost:
    ◇ Venue hire

    *Half day in-person mediations are conducted within SE Queensland only.

  • Full Day Mediation

    $4,000 plus GST

    7 hours | 9:30am - 4:30pm
    In-person or online via Zoom

    Includes:
    ◇ Pre-mediation teleconferences (up to 1 hour)
    ◇ Preparation and reading time
    ◇ Issuing Section 60I Certificate if applicable

    At cost:
    ◇ Venue hire
    ◇ Extended travel*

    *For in-person mediations outside of SE Queensland, please contact Dora to discuss logistical arrangements prior to booking.

  • Child Inclusive Co-mediation*

    $4,000 plus GST + Child Consultant’s fees

    7 hours | 9.30am - 4.30pm
    In-person (preferred)

    Includes:

    ◇ Child consultant’s interviews with the child(ren) prior to the mediation
    ◇ Co-mediation with Child Consultant
    ◇ Pre-mediation teleconferences (up to 1 hour)
    ◇ Preparation and reading time
    ◇ Issuing Section 60I Certificate if applicable

    At cost:
    ◇ Venue hire
    ◇ Extended travel
    ◇ Fees of Child Consultant (approx. $1,000 - $1,500)

  • Parenting Coordination

    Where there are final or interim parenting orders made for the appointment of a parenting coordinator.


    Individual / Intake Session
    (60 mins online via Zoom)

    $550 plus GST

    Joint Parenting Coordination Session
    (90 mins online via Zoom)

    $900 plus GST


    All sessions include:
    ◇ Preparation and reading time
    ◇ Written summary of each joint session

  • Invitation to Mediation

    $350 plus GST

    Includes:
    ◇ Inviting the other party to attend at a mediation
    ◇ Issuing Section 60I Certificate if applicable (parenting matters)

Schedule Mediation / Parenting Coordination

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances evolve and scheduled sessions may need to be postponed or cancelled. Because time is reserved exclusively for your matter, the following terms apply to all cancellations:

14 to 8 Days’ Notice A fee of 25% of the total mediation cost applies.

7 to 3 Days’ Notice A fee of 50% of the total mediation cost applies.

48 Hours or Less Notice A fee of 75% of the total mediation cost applies.

Any non-refundable outlays incurred by Dora Ko Mediations (including venue hire, flights, or accommodation) will be passed on to the parties.

Rescheduling

Should a cancelled mediation be successfully rebooked and completed within ninety (90) days of the original date, any cancellation fees paid will be credited in full toward the final invoice of the new booking.
